To Elderly and Persons with Disabilities (EPD) Waiver Providers:

On Friday, July 10, DHCF’s Conflict-Free Case Management Services Notice of Emergency and Proposed Rulemaking was published in the DC Register. You can also find it on DHCF’s website at dhcf.dc.gov/node/1090492.

Per the notice, the emergency rulemaking was adopted on July 1, 2015 and shall become effective for services rendered on or after that date.
