DHCF is authorized to execute grants with governmental bodies, public and private agencies, institutions and organizations. Chapter 18 of Title 29 DCMR governs DHCF’s standards for determining who may receive a grant and under what circumstances, and the procedures for awarding a grant. The standards were developed to be consistent with requirements set forth in the City-Wide Grant Manual and Sourcebook issued by the Mayor’s Office of Partnerships and Grant Services (OPGS).
OPGS is the electronic clearinghouse for all District of Columbia government grant notices. Information regarding current DHCF grant notices is available on the OPGS website and will also be posted on this webpage.
