The purpose of this transmittal is to inform Community Residential Facility (CRF) Operators that the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) has received notification from the Social Security Administration (SSA) indicating that, effective January 1, 2013 the Federal Supplementary Payments will increase by 1.7%.
