Medicaid Update: Transmittal 17-23-FY 2018 Medicaid Hospice Rates

The purpose of this Transmittal is to inform you that effective October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018, the Medicaid payment rates for hospice care has been updated in accordance with section 1814(i)(1)(C)(ii)(VII) of the Social Security Act.

Medicaid Update: Transmittal 17-21- Reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket Expenditures for Managed Care Beneficiaries

DHCF is updating Transmittals 17-02 and 17-02(R), and the summary notice originally issued on February 1, 2017 to reflect the new mailing address for Terris, Pravlik and Millian, LLP as of August 28, 2017. In addition, the Civil Action Number was changed to reflect the correct case number.
