Medicaid Update:Transmittal 18-14: Enrollment of Personal Care Aides (PCA)

The purpose of this transmittal is to announce a 30-day extension for Personal Care Aides (PCA) to enroll in the DC Medicaid program for Home Health Agencies (HHAs) to claim Medicaid reimbursement for both state plan and waiver PCA services. The new compliance date is May 1, 2018.
