The purpose of this transmittal is to update Transmittal 23-43 dated September 27, 2023. Through Transmittal 23-43, DHCF introduced the Provider Inquiry Form – a tool for providers to escalate outstanding concerns related to provider relations activities and payments of the MCPs directly to the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), Health Care Delivery Management Administration (HCDMA). Since the introduction of the Provider Inquiry Form, DHCF found some inappropriate data entry from external entities related to marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Although the current access link remains secure, DHCF decided to replace the access link to safeguard the integrity of the process.
