Request for Applications (RFA)
 
 
An RFA will be released on or around November 20, 2017.
 
The RFA package will be available online at https://opgs.dc.gov/page/opgs-district-grants-clearinghouse and the DHCF website.
 
Hard copies of the RFA package may be obtained at DHCF, 441 4th St. N.W., Ste 900S, Washington, DC 20001, 9th floor reception desk daily from 9 am until 4 pm.
 
All eligible applications are reviewed through a competitive process.
