The purpose of this transmittal is to notify District of Columbia Long Term Care Nursing Facilities of key activities and dates for the FY24 Nursing Facilities Quality Improvement Incentive Track (NF QII) described in Chapter 65 of Title 29 (Public Welfare) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR), “Medicaid Reimbursement to Nursing Facilities.”
