The purpose of this transmittal is to provide public notice of the intent to submit a State Plan Amendment to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The Amendment adds a new service, Intensive Care Coordination, updates the reimbursement methodology for Assertive Community Treatment, and clarifies requirements Community-Based Mobile Crisis Services.
