This transmittal supersedes Transmittal # 21-54: Reimbursement rate changes for Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech and Language Therapy (ST), issued on December 30, 2021. This revision removes the modifier for Occupational Therapy – Hourly. The changes to the rates reflect the increase in the Living Wage. Claims previously submitted for State Plan Occupational Therapy using procedure code/modifier combination G0152-U4, were denied. Please resubmit the denied claims using the correct procedure code described in the table below.
