This transmittal supersedes Transmittal # 21-27: Reimbursement rate changes for Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech and Language Therapy (ST) issued on June 30, 2021. This revision adds a modifier to the OT procedure code, which was omitted from the previous transmittal.
