Transmittal 19-28-The purpose of this transmittal is to outline which ICD-10 and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes Psychologists, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) may use to bill for services under the District's Medicaid Section 1115 Behavioral Health Transformation Demonstration waiver, effective January 1, 2020.
