Medicaid Update: Transmittal 15-28 - Extension of PAs for Personal Care Assistance Services and Extension of Deadline for Submission of Conflict-Free Case Management Self Attestation Forms

The purpose of this transmittal is to notify you of two changes:

Extension of certain prior authorizations for State Plan and Elderly and Persons with Disabilities (EPD) Waiver beneficiaries who are receiving Personal Care Assistance Services (PCA), and
Extension of the deadline to submit the Conflict Free Case Management Form for Current Case Managers
