Public Notice: Long Term Care Financial Eligibility Training

Effective July 2015, The Department of Health Care Finance will be implementing a new Long Term Care Financial Eligibility policy that will impact individuals and couples applying or receiving Long Term Care Services and Supports to include Home and Community Based  Waiver Programs and Institutional care. The training will focus on new LTC eligibility rules and new required forms needed for application submission.
 
If you have not completed the Long Term Care Financial Eligibility training, this is your last opportunity to attend.

The Department of Health Care Finance cordially invites you to join us for a telemedicine stakeholder meeting on Tuesday July 28th, 2015 (2:30 pm - 4 pm).
 
At the March 2015 telemedicine stakeholder meeting, DHCF shared its high-level policy and reimbursement framework for implementing telemedicine.
 
At the July 2015 meeting, DHCF will share a more robust policy and reimbursement framework, offer an opportunity for stakeholders to provide feedback and discuss next steps.
