This transmittal informs managed care organizations (MCOs) that the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is no longer processing retroactive dis-enrollments or recoupments of past capitation payments due to a beneficiary eligibility status change. DHCF has implemented this change on May 1, 2012.
