Donald Shearer is a graduate of Saint Leo University with over 35 years of claims systems and operations experience. During his 10 year tenure at the Department of Health Care Finance, he has led the successful implementation of the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and the systems used to support the Medicaid Enterprise System.
