The purpose of this transmittal is to introduce a new electronic form and process for Medicaid beneficiaries who receive health services through a Managed Care Plan (MCP), also known as a Managed Care Organization (MCO). Effective September 1, 2026, managed care enrollees may submit issues, concerns, and questions by completing and submitting an inquiry form.
