The purpose of this Medicaid Director Letter is to inform all stakeholders of upcoming modifications to adult noncitizen Medicaid eligibility, effective October 1, 2026, enacted under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (Public Law No: 119-21) signed on July 4, 2025.
