The purpose of this transmittal is to inform all D.C. Medicaid-enrolled Dental Service Providers that the District of Columbia Fee Schedule for dental services will be updated effective October 1, 2025. The table below provides a listing of both the billing codes and new rates for adult and pediatric dental services.
