The purpose of this Medicaid Director Letter is to inform all stakeholders that, effective October 1, 2025, changes affecting eligibility, service delivery, and benefits for the DC Health Care Alliance and Immigrant Children’s programs will be implemented in accordance with the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Support Act of 2025 (Bill 26-260).
