The purpose of this transmittal is to notify the Assisted Living Facility (ALF) providers in the District’s Medicaid program of changes to reimbursement rates for ALF services to reflect the increase in the Living Wage. The ALF reimbursement rates are adjusted to reflect the annual rate changes according to the Living Wage Act of 2006, effective June 8, 2006 (D.C. Law 16-118; D.C. Official Code § 2-220.01 et seq. (2012 Repl.)). The changes to the rates will become effective July 1, 2025.
