The purpose of this Transmittal is to inform operators of ICFs/IIDs of the Medicaid reimbursement changes. The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), in accordance with the requirements set forth in 29 DCMR §§ 988.4 and 4102.7(i), announces changes to the current enhanced reimbursement rates for District ICF/IID to reflect the Living Wage of $17.95. The changes to the rates will become effective July 1, 2025.
