This transmittal provides updates on the State Plan and EPD Waiver Adult Day Health Program (ADHP) services per diem rates and modifiers. The updates to the State Plan and EPD Waiver ADHP rates are due to a skilled nursing market basket index inflation factor increase, consistent with 29 DCMR 9723.3. The reimbursement rates are also adjusted to reflect the 0.13% surplus in the District of Columbia’s Universal Paid Leave Fund to expand the amount of leave available to 12 weeks of parental, family, and medical leave. These changes will be effective for dates of service January 1, 2025, and later.
