The purpose of this transmittal is to inform operators of ICF/IID of Medicaid reimbursement changes. The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), in accordance with the requirements set forth in 29 DCMR §§ 988.4 and 4102.7(i), announces changes to the current enhanced reimbursement rates for District ICF/IID to reflect the increase made to the Paid Family Leave (PFL) Tax by DC Council through the Fiscal Year 2024 Revised Local Budget Emergency Act of 2024.
