The purpose of this transmittal is to notify the Assisted Living Facility (ALF) providers in the District’s Medicaid program of changes to reimbursement rates for ALFs to reflect the increase made to the Paid Family Leave (PFL) Tax by the DC Council through the Fiscal Year 2024 Revised Local Budget Emergency Act of 2024.
