The purpose of this transmittal is to inform Adult Foster Care Home Operators, which include Community Residential Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities, of the calendar year 2022 retroactive payments of State Supplement, and the changes to the Optional State Supplement Payment (OSSP) for calendar years 2023 and 2024.
