Transmittal 23-73 - Reimbursement Rate Changes for ADHP Services Effective January 1, 2024

This transmittal provides updates on the State Plan and EPD Waiver Adult Day Health Program (ADHP) services per diem rates and modifiers. The updates to the State Plan and EPD Waiver ADHP rates are due to a skilled nursing market basket index inflation factor increase, consistent with 29 DCMR 9723.3, and will be effective for dates of service January 1, 2024, and later.
