The purpose of this transmittal is to notify Home Health Agency (HHA) providers of the Department of Health Care Finance’s (DHCF’s) intent to submit an amendment to the State Plan for Medical Assistance (State Plan) to effectuate changes to the reimbursement rates for PT, OT and ST services provided by HHA, on or about December 29, 2023. The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), in accordance with the requirements set forth in Sections 9903.8, 9904.8, and 9905.9 of Chapter 99 and Section 988 of Chapter 9 of Title 29 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations, announces changes to the Medicaid reimbursement rates for home health physical therapy services, home health speech pathology and audiology services, and home health occupational therapy services provided to beneficiaries enrolled in the District Medicaid program.
