The purpose of this transmittal is to communicate an update to the IDD Waiver Appendix K rates for Supported Living and Residential Habilitation Services effective July 1, 2023. The update in rates reflects the increase in the Living Wage to $17.00. The IDD Waiver reimbursement rates are adjusted to reflect the changes to the Living Wage Act of 2006, effective June 8, 2006 (D.C. Law 16-118; D.C. Official Code 2-220.01 et seq. (2012 Repl.).
