The purpose of this transmittal is to notify Home Health Agency (HHA) providers of changes to the reimbursement rates for physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT) and speech language pathology (S/LP) services provided by HHA providers. The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), in accordance with the requirements set forth in Sections 9903.8, 9904.8, and 9905.9 of Chapter 99 and Section 988 of Chapter 9 of Title 29 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations, announces changes to the Medicaid reimbursement rates for home health PT, OT, and (S/LP) services provided to beneficiaries enrolled in the District Medicaid program. The changes to the rates will become effective July 1, 2023.
