This is the annual transmittal of the Notice of Reimbursement Procedures for Managed Care Members’ Out-of-Pocket Medical Expenses, for DC Medicaid Managed Care Organizations. The Notice includes a Medicaid Reimbursement Form to be used by managed care beneficiaries who seek reimbursement for medical expenses that should have been paid by Medicaid.
