This transmittal provides updates on the State Plan and EPD Waiver Adult Day Health Program (ADHP) services per diem rates and modifiers and replaces earlier guidance on temporary reimbursement rates for ADHP services established during the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) as provided in DHCF Transmittal # 21-02.
