The purpose of this transmittal is to inform District of Columbia Medicaid providers of program requirements for Services Provided in Institutions for Mental Disease for Medicaid Beneficiaries Aged 21-64, as authorized under the District’s Section 1115 Behavioral Health Transformation Demonstration Program.
