The District wants to assure Medicaid providers and beneficiaries that the impending federal government shutdown will have no impact on Medicaid benefits or provider payments.

The District will timely notify customers and beneficiaries of any potential future impacts.

The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) and all Economic Security Administration (ESA) Service Centers will continue to operate on a normal schedule.
