This transmittal notifies the public that the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is enrolling eligible §1915 (c) Elderly and Persons with Physical Disabilities (EPD) waiver beneficiaries into the Participant-directed Services (PDS) program known as Services My Way as of March 28, 2016. 

 

The Services My Way program will allow EPD waiver beneficiaries that live in their natural home the ability to exercise more choice and control of their Medicaid Long Term Care services. Participants enrolled in the Services My Way program will have the option to self-direct two (2) specific EPD waiver services: Participant-directed Community Supports and Individual Directed Goods and Services.
