This transmittal notifies the public that the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is extending the comment period to January 8, 2016, for the emergency and proposed rules regarding Chapter 50 (Medicaid Reimbursement for Personal Care Services), of Title 29 (Public Welfare), of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR).
