The purpose of this transmittal is to notify you of two changes:
- Extension of certain prior authorizations for State Plan and Elderly and Persons with Disabilities (EPD) Waiver beneficiaries who are receiving Personal Care Assistance Services (PCA), and
- Extension of the deadline to submit the Conflict Free Case Management Form for Current Case Managers
