
Director of Health Care Delivery Management
Ms. Page is Director of Health Care Delivery Management at the District of Columbia Department of Health Care Finance where she manages DC Medicaid fee-for-service and managed care benefits. She has held a number of positions in the public and private sectors aimed at improving the quality of health care. At the Institute of Medicine she directed studies on patient safety, improving the quality of health care for mental and substance use conditions, and psychosocial health care.
At the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services she led several Medicaid quality improvement initiatives including the Quality Assurance Reform Initiative (QARI) and a Congressional report on safeguards for Individuals with special health care needs enrolled In Medicaid managed care.
She served as Associate Director of the Presidential Commission on Consumer Protection and Quality in the Health Care Industry, and at the National Committee for Quality Assurance developed Medicaid HEDIS measures. While in Maryland state government she served as Deputy of the Maryland Governor's Commission on Health Care Policy and Finance, and Executive Director of the University of Maryland’s Geriatric Area Health Education Center for the Schools of medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, social work and law.
