The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) will be recognized by the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) during National Health IT Week on September 15-19, 2014.

 

The District of Columbia will be recognized for its support of the eHealth initiative. Todd Lawson, Acting Director of the Office of E-Health Standards and Services, will post a statement of appreciation on the CMS eHealth website during Health IT Week.

 

The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services has invited DHCF to post an eHealth button on its website in acknowledgement of the District’s contributions to moving health care forward through eHealth. The eHealth button will direct users to the CMS eHealth Events page for more information.
