Medicaid Update: Transmittal 15-47 2016 CPT-HCPCS Codes Updates

The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) will adopt new HCPCS codes for dates of service beginning January 2, 2016. Discontinued codes will not be accepted after January 1, 2016.
