The purpose of this transmittal is to notify DC Providers that, effective October 1, 2026, changes affecting eligibility and the addition of new benefits for the DC Health Care Alliance will be implemented in accordance with the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Support Act of 2025 (Bill 26-260).
