The purpose of this transmittal is to notify the District of Columbia (DC) Medicaid providers that Transmittal 26-08, issued on March 4, 2026, has been revised to correct HCPCS Coding and clarify the implementation date. Effective May 1, 2026, the incontinent supplies listed below will require Prior Authorization (PA).
