The purpose of this transmittal is to notify providers of changes to the reimbursement rates for Home Health Aide services to reflect the increase made to the Paid Family Leave (PFL) Tax by DC Council through the Fiscal Year 2024 Revised Local Budget Emergency Act of 2024.
