The purpose of this transmittal is to notify Mental Health Rehabilitative Services (MHRS), Adult Substance Use Rehabilitative Services (ASURS), and Free-Standing Mental Health Clinic (FSMHC) providers that the District of Columbia Medicaid Fee Schedule will be updated for the following services covered under the Medicaid State Plan, as detailed in the accompanying table.
