The purpose of this transmittal is to inform Adult Foster Care Home Operators, which include Community Residential Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities, of the calendar year 2021 retroactive payments of State Supplement, and the changes to the Optional State Supplement Payment (OSSP) for calendar years 2022 and 2023.
