Effective immediately, the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) will expand the number of certifying entities that are considered to provide an acceptable doula certification to qualify for enrollment with DHCF. This change is intended to improve access to doula services by broadening the number of doulas who may enroll with DHCF.
