The purpose of this transmittal is to communicate a correction to the DD Waiver Appendix K rates that were updated effective January 1, 2023, through Transmittal 23-03 which Department on Disability Services (DDS) issued on May 3, 2023. It has come to our attention that a rate error occurred, resulting in an incorrect higher reimbursement rate for the per diem Supported Living and Residential Habilitation services.
