The purpose of this transmittal is to notify providers of changes to the reimbursement rates for Home Health Aide services and changes to the current enhanced reimbursement rates for Home Health Aide services due to COVID-19 (Transmittal 23-12), to reflect the increase in the Living Wage. The Home Health Aide services reimbursement rates are adjusted to reflect the annual rate changes to the Living Wage Act of 2006, effective June 8, 2006 (D.C. Law 16-118; D.C. Official Code § 2-220.01 et seq. (2012 Repl.)). The change to the rates will be effective July 1, 2023.
