The purpose of this transmittal is to notify Adult Substance Use Rehabilitative Services (ASURS) providers that the District of Columbia Medicaid Fee Schedule will be updated for ASURS covered under the State Plan. The rate changes outlined in this transmittal are the result of the sunsetting of temporary rate enhancements tied to the expiration of the federal Public Health Emergency (PHE).
