This transmittal notifies home health agencies that DHCF is removing a limit on the use of personnel from staffing agencies to deliver Medicaid personal care services. The limit was imposed by new Personal Care Aide (PCA) regulations promulgated on March 2, 2012, which will take effect on July 2, 2012.
